I do cardio 5-6 days a week strenght train 5-6 days week depending how sore my my muscles are. Always have an off day from both. Sometimes i workout morning , afternoons, or night. Varies depending on my mood and schedule.

Every time something gets hard someone gets u out of it. U AINT GONNA DIE.. If u want 2succeed as bad as u always tell me .. ljugaitafa Don't bother fretting over the scale, as long as you feel like your making the progress you want. You may just be converting weight into muscle at the time and still leaning out! keep motivated and you'll be just fine. I try not to look at a scale for at least a few weeks at a time, otherwise when you don't get the results you "think" you should be getting, you aren't disappointed, rather you "see" your results!
