How I Started:
I started working out app. 10 months ago because i got tired of being the skinny guy and i also saw Ronnies Colemans Road to Redemption tape and bought my first Muscle Mag and Muscle Development.
Why I Love It:
" With size comes respect" thats the number one reason and i like the results i get from my hard work and dedication
How I Stay Motivated:
For one the military standards push me and two once i started putting on size i was hooked. And going from 165 pounds to 220 pounds in 1yr helped a little !!
BB Accomplishments:
I gues i would have to say i have built an well proportioned very conditioned physique.
Spread my lats out and thicken my triceps and also bulk my calves up. I also want to learn how to pose.
Goal (Long):
I have almost no lats small calves and very thin lats so i am trying to add some much needed mass on them ! Then i will order some posing tapes and learn the basic poses.
