How I Started:
I started working out app. 10 months ago because I got tired of being the skinny guy and I also saw Ronnies Colemans Road to Redemption tape and bought my first Muscle Mag and Muscle Development.
Why I Love It:
I like the results I get from my hard work and dedication and the motivation I get from those around me
How I Stay Motivated:
These days I stay motivated by the thought of the improvement of my discipline level and how much I have "grown" as a person!!
BB Accomplishments:
I guess I would have to say I have built an well proportioned and conditioned physique.

I have almost no lats small calves and very thin lats so i am trying to add some much needed mass on them ! Then i will order some posing tapes and learn the basic poses.
