Overall Goal: I've got new fat and old fat to lose, and I would like to work my abs, tone my thighs, and have a lean back, hips, and glutes. I would like to lose about 28 pounds.

I'm in the middle with my folks, I actually have lost about seven pounds since this pic.
Just wanted to post a pic up - I don't have a body worth lookin at really, but I would like some accountability to make sure I really do lose weight. I'm a working mother, so time is really limited for me. I go to school FT too.

Goal (Long):
I had a baby a year ago. Three and a half years ago I was toned out and in the best shape of my life. I was a 6-8, went hiking 3x a week, worked out 3x a week, and rode my bike about 12 miles a week. I pushed myself hard whenever I did anything, and managed to fit it all into my life working only part time.
I stopped working out because I started a new job that required me to work nights in nursing, and I also started going to school. I gained 20 pounds, and lost of a lot of strength.
Then I got pregnant and after I was immense... I've lost a lot of the weight from the baby but my body feels wrecked and I really want to get it back on the up and up. Now I work, go to school and have a baby, but I just can't stay this unattractive any longer. I would at least like to be able to wear my favorite jeans again. :)
What I want is to lose fat and tone up again, especially in trouble spots like hips, belly, inner thighs, and my back and glutes area. That seems to be where all those cheeseburgers and morning frappachinos settled into. haha...
I have no troubles with my actual muscle size, so I don't think I want to do too much building. I also sustained a back injury last month that has me feeling really weak so weights are probably out for me.
Hi Wren. You said in your profile that you're unattractive. Whoever told you that is misinformed. Try not to be so hard on yourself. Stay encouraged, and stay positive. That's how you'll stick with this for the long haul. Good luck reaching all your goals in fitness!
