Gives me something to do in the evenings, helps with self-confidence. It's a great social activity.

By the summer I'd like to be at around 7-8% body fat. I would love to be at 205lbs with that body fat, but it's highly unlikely. I'm thinking more around 195lbs. We'll see in a few months!
