How I Started:
Since I was about 7 I always used to love looking at bodybuilding magazines, I thought the muscles/veins were amazing. About 4 years ago I went to the gym with a few friends for the first time, they stopped going after a week and I never stopped
Why I Love It:
Love the feeling of knowing you tried your hardest at something. Getting a new PB is always a good feeling, and is something you can do time and time again with weights
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm desparate to get vascular/ripped, knowing how hard i've been doing cardio keeps me motivated in itself!

Was doing fairly low carbs, high protein, low-medium fat for my cut. Am now bulking so slowly increasing the carbs, currently around 300g a day, approx 200g protein a day and fats around 60g a day which will also increase. What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Whatever helps them workout - DO IT! Who cares what others think - gym is for working out, not socialising. I have done it.

Lifting has gone light this week, next Sunday I have a 22 km race, called the Powerade Challenge here in Costa Rica, quite hard as it has two very long ascends.
More into the fitness side, will not hid the fact that sometimes my mind turns into the heavy lifting side of training, as I enjoy very much dead lifts or very heavy leg press, but I feel that will interfere with running for example.
