HEY Everyone! I am back at it and working on another challenge with new and exciting goals for me.  I just did a 3-month challenge and I actually surpassed my goals and was super happy with my results.  My goal weight was 120 LBS and I got down to 118.9 LBS with a dry out and by body fat was down to 19.5%. Unfortunately, I broke my foot working out just after I had reached my goals so I stopped working out and ate pretty much anything and everything I wanted for 2 the next weeks... Go to BodyBlog

PoeticMovement I hear you about falling track! I'm definitely in a similar boat. Some people want their pre-baby bodies back, well I want my pre-graduate school body back... hahaha! Cintron Why wold you quit. Do you think greatness comes with out downfalls.The negativity will create cortisol than in turn will make your progress stop. You can do this you have to see what is wrong your diet and supplentation has to be locked thats not easy to do. You need to rest if you want to make gains being in a catabolic state will not help you. So diet and supplementation , proper rest and a sound routine will get you on track. Apr 27, 2012 12:49pm

ovrseasadvnture Hi there, the program is very intense, good, but intense and takes a lot of time. soo if one has generous time or is willing to put in at least a couple of hours each day then it is great. (at least the program i am on, he has others) ... so for me it has been challenging w/ life & where i live is sometimes inconvenient. PS your not a failure! Keep working hard and pushing through the thought "I failed", start a new day and keep going! Apr 21, 2012 9:39pm
