Ab tips, hmmmm. A year or so ago I found this video and it gave me some great ab moves I still use today: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fk_usVg7Fp0
Also, diet is key, you may have the muscles underneath all that fat and not know it, it's burning the fat to see the muscle that's key. Something I'm still working on. Good luck and feel free to keep communicating any questions.

Haha, no hatred. Just wondering how you do it, I would like to workout more, any tips? Maybe insights on how your supps help? Etc? How long are the workouts? What do you usually alternate between? etc, etc. Thanks. Keep it up!

Workouts going well, got a couple in this week so far. Hope for another tomorrow. I see these people say they workout 5 times a week and I have no idea how they do it, ha. They must have all the right supps and re-cooperation products. I'm dead, I need time to gain energy back, ha. How often do you get at it? Take care.

I guess you updated something on your profile, you show up on the homepage if you are the last 6 people or whatever to update something, the homepage filters in updated profiles, it's crazy! I've shown up there a couple times after posting something, ha.

Thanks for the input man, I have wanted to add weight to myself during a sit-up but can't seem to find the most comfortable way to do it without weights falling off or something like that.
