When I Started:
Jan, 2003
How I Started:
I had a facial accident where my face was horribly blurred. Just kidding!... I simply would like to focus on my body here and not my face, maybe someday who knows.
It's been a long process. It started as wanting to be able to do push ups regularly. The Dirty Dozen to be specific. Eventually I got a gym membership, ran some. Then I moved into a house that had a home gym system left in it. I got more serious about working out there. Simply because I could work out late at night when I felt like working out.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it creates results, especially when I can finally see them.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated knowing that my body can get stronger, even though sometimes I think it isn't. The mirror helps too. These pros inspire me too: Frank McGrath, Moe Moussawi, Matt Brown, Phil Von Kanel, etc...
BB Accomplishments:
I am not a professional Bodybuilding... but I want ABS! I am still working on seeing my abs! Ugh. I found a video on YouTube that has surprisingly helped and inspired me because it's so simple:

Goal (Long):
Any trainers interested in my business? I want someone who is legit and can assist me via web and/or phone. I would like professional pointers and advice verbalized for me.
thanks fo rthe add! I'm trying to get the chiseled chest and abs like you, I'm hoping this can be done by June, when I go to Jamaica for vacation. Much luck to your goals!
Back into the full game as had a couple of injuries holding me back of late. Looking to finish up this year at least 182lbs. It's really warming up ere in Aus - got over the 100F mark today and struggled a bit with a 45km run. How's all your training coming along matey?
Sorry have not gotten on in awhile. My group and I usually stick to one or two muscle groups a day: monday- Chest, Tuesday-Biceps, Wednesday- shoulders and back, Thursday-Legs and light chest, Friday- Triceps and light biceps, as far as supplements go I take N.O. Xplode before I work out and the other guys in the group take it as well, we all like it. Besides the N.O. I usually take 2-3 protein shakes per day to recover and keep my protein intake up.
