Overall Goal: I want noticeable abs, even when I'm relaxed. I also want a defined chest.
Fit Status:
I am kinda looking for a personal trainer... but want to find one that would recommend supps and is among other things affordable, ha

When I Started:
Jan, 2003
How I Started:
I had a facial accident where my face was horribly blurred. Just kidding!... I simply would like to focus on my body here and not my face, maybe someday who knows.
It's been a long process. It started as wanting to be able to do push ups regularly. The Dirty Dozen to be specific. Eventually I got a gym membership, ran some. Then I moved into a house that had a home gym system left in it. I got more serious about working out there. Simply because I could work out late at night when I felt like working out.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it creates results, especially when I can finally see them.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated knowing that my body can get stronger, even though sometimes I think it isn't. The mirror helps too. These pros inspire me too: Frank McGrath, Moe Moussawi, Matt Brown, Phil Von Kanel, etc...
BB Accomplishments:
I am not a professional Bodybuilding... but I want ABS! I am still working on seeing my abs! Ugh. I found a video on YouTube that has surprisingly helped and inspired me because it's so simple:

Basically no simple carbs, only limited whole grains and lots of protein-cottage cheese, eggs, chicken, fish mostly. If you send me your diet I can tell you my thoughts....
Long time no speak dude!
How are you? Training going well? I've recently increased my amount of cardio - I've really seen a great cardiovascular improvement. I'm feeling great!
Hope everything is cool with you as well. Best of luck, Theo
Fairly well. I'mjust trying to pull myself out of a pretty unispired period, so am starting tracking what I do properly, just joined up this site and feeling pretty motivated.

no its not bad for you. just gets kinda old eatin the same stuff all the time. as far as supplements go yeah im pretty regular with them between meals then have my preworkout and nighttime as well.
breakfast i like to have an egg white omelet with maybe a couple hard boiled eggs too, oatmeal and a serving of fruit. lunch will be maybe a chicken breast wrap with some veggies in that. and dinner is usually just a couple chicken breasts. then between meals i'll take in a protein shake or somethin. to be honest im not a big veggie guy so besides the basics i dont eat em much. hope this helps.
