Overall Goal: I want noticeable abs, even when I'm relaxed. I also want a defined chest.
Fit Status:
I am kinda looking for a personal trainer... but want to find one that would recommend supps and is among other things affordable, ha

When I Started:
Jan, 2003
How I Started:
I had a facial accident where my face was horribly blurred. Just kidding!... I simply would like to focus on my body here and not my face, maybe someday who knows.
It's been a long process. It started as wanting to be able to do push ups regularly. The Dirty Dozen to be specific. Eventually I got a gym membership, ran some. Then I moved into a house that had a home gym system left in it. I got more serious about working out there. Simply because I could work out late at night when I felt like working out.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it creates results, especially when I can finally see them.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated knowing that my body can get stronger, even though sometimes I think it isn't. The mirror helps too. These pros inspire me too: Frank McGrath, Moe Moussawi, Matt Brown, Phil Von Kanel, etc...
BB Accomplishments:
I am not a professional Bodybuilding... but I want ABS! I am still working on seeing my abs! Ugh. I found a video on YouTube that has surprisingly helped and inspired me because it's so simple:

Hi! I'm doing well thanks. I've been training constantly for the past 3 months 3x/week. Abs routine? I do the plate twist with a 45 pound 3x10 3/week. As supplements, I use quickmass 2xday + Intraxcell + muscle pump from nxlabs. I'll change musclepump for anavol hardcore tomorrow actually. if you have any question feel free to pm me. Good luck with your goals, have a good day!
i have an arsenal of about 10 different abdominal exercises. including those big bouncy ball things, old fashioned on the ground stuff, and machines. i only use a little weight on the machines becuase i want to get them defined before i get them anybigger. i switch up the order of the exercises everytime i do them, which is every other day. i also limit my rest periods to a couple seconds. after imdone with it all, ill do cardio. i just started.
I have been hitting the cardio everyday. 20 min after a workout and 45 min on off days. Also I have been trying to eat much cleaner (this one is hard for me)
sure. http://www.bodybuilding.com/st ore/4ever/wheyprotein.html
Its honestly great tasting. i have never tried the vanilla though... so if you like vanilla, grab some and let me know how it tastes!
Also, Optimum Nutrition is apparently the best whey protein, however i got the 16 flav variety pack and have tried 10 -- all in water. they've all been gross. I still have 6 left but im doubtful.
Hey man, i used to take wheybolic extreme.
listen, its wayyy to expensive. dont buy anything from GNC anymore unless youre in a jam and need a protein bar. im taking 4everfit whey protein - chocolate shake. its delicious, with milk or water, and perfect for anytime or post workout. its also three times cheaper! let me know your thoughts
hey! if your looking for some new whey protein, energy drinks, multivitamins and other natural supplements check these out, Good luck on the training! http://trussell7.qhealthzone.c om/Default.aspx
oats are good, usually mix with water and microwave them. also, foods like chicken and fish, brown rice, whole grain bread, those are all good choices.
Sorry for the delayed response - I didn't see your pic comment till now. If you are a good cook, and make tasty meals - you probably wont ever need a meat smoothie. But I'm lazy, and liquifying it just makes it easier to eat. Works especially well on dry foods like baked potatoes. I use it to eat enough calories.
