When I Started:
Jan, 2003
How I Started:
It's been a long process. It started as wanting to be able to do push ups regularly. The Dirty Dozen to be specific. Eventually I got a gym membership, ran some. Then I moved into a house that had a home gym system left in it. I got more serious about working out there. Simply because I could work out late at night when I felt like working out.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it creates results, especially when I can finally see them.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated knowing there is nothing else to do, it's late at night and I can focus on my body. The mirror helps too.
BB Accomplishments:
ABS! I am still working on seeing my abs! Ugh. I found a video on YouTube that has surprisingly helped and inspired me because it's so simple:

I never realized that I was ever so 'skinny'. I am 18 here.
With the supplement use, its too soon to tell. But for abs I have a pretty easy time with those. I like the exercises that don't allow any possibility of using other muscles to help. So I can concentrate solely on that area.
Also knowing when to take protein is just as much key as to taking it. You should have about 1g protein * your Lbs. A good time to take protein at the very least is during or within 30 min after your workout. Taking the amount of protein a day to match your body weight can be hard so get a log and map out your intake of whole foods and proteins (supplements) to see how you can fit it all in your day.
No matter what you need to find a protein! A whey protien is always a good start. I could recommened others but I always tell people to do some research. A good place to start bro is in a book called nutrient timing. It really helped me alot. If you read the book and have any questions just shoot me an email.
that sucks man. I hope you find somethign that will work out for you. i used to work nights and know how it is not being able to do anyhing on my days off

look up 24 hours fitness. They are a pretty big string of all night gyms. We have one here i checked it out and its pretty nice, but it wasn;t as good as the one on my base so i stick with it.
trying to get in the gym every monday-friday. Going pretty good so far just go for about an hour after work. Hopefully i'll keep it up. How your training working out?
exercises. But make sure you do different ones each week. Do them fast slow, etc. In 3 weeks you wil really see a difference. Do you take any supplements? If you need some advice on natural supplements just ask.
What works for me is doing AB sets as my break in between my daily work out. I concider it my break in between sets! Keeping you heart rate up during you work out is great for shedding fat fast, making those ABS, hip flexors to pop out! I usually do it every other day. Doing three different exercises that hit top middle botton abs on one day or mixing it up with different oblique
