What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Haha, I don't grunt when I workout and it doesn't bother me if other people do it because I have my IPod on.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I usually wear a T-shirt and sweats because it's comfortable.

Donte', I started a new regiment and on a strict meal plan. Last week I attend a show that just pumped me up. I met some really cool people and gained a lot of information. One of my boys placed 2nd in his catagory. Continue to eat clean and be persistant. Enjoy the weekend man..

hey man thx for the add, did you just start on this site? pretty cut already and built...im trying to do a bulk too the highest ive gotten is 196lbs im trying to get around 210-215 so i can cut down again and be around 195-200!!! I'm excited, you have any words of wisdow for me? how did you blow up your arms and chest?
