no man sorry don't have much for you. just bust it hard. the core is one of those things that everyone hates to work but loves the results. i've found just make sure you're always changing it up. they tend to adapt very easily and need constant change. whenever you hear about a new ab exercise just try it out for a while and see what your results are. good luck, improve yourself in someway everyday
