How I Started:
I needed to gain size for lacrosse and soccer in high school, hoping to carry on to the college level, but eventually working out became more important.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a reason to stay motivated and gives me a sense of accomplishment every day. I know the hard work will eventually pay off!
How I Stay Motivated:
My biggest motivator is my roomate Lester..we push each other like you can't imagine while we are at school. I know I am where I am because of the year and a half that we got to know each other and began lifting together. He's the best training partner a kid could ask for. Also, I gotta stay stronger than my big brother!

Kai Greene in my opinion. His progress over the past couple of years is unprecedented, and his legs are absolutely incredible.

thanks bro! I should've done much better. I lost too much mass for the show.. came in flat.. wasn't vascular at all. Many things I could've improved on. But now I have a much better idea what I'm doing.. so hopefully the next go around will be more successful. Good luck with you're goals. you're doing great bro. Stay natural!
