It has been two full years since I changed my lifestyle.  As I look back to that very first time I got back in the gym, I realize how far I have come in a virtually short time.  I couldn't do more than 15 mins on the elliptical.  Now, I am doing HIIT 3 times a week and my pre-workout...

Wow you have made a drastic change. I was a member a while back and didn't keep in touch like I should have. Took an easy way out and went on phentermine. Lost about 22 pounds. But didn't like taking that stuff so I took myself off and plan on doing it the hard way. I guess if it were easy we would all be in great shape huh?
