How I Started:
I started lifting weights in a serious way for the fact that i was a skinny person. i wrestled and usually did great. but i was usually not the stronger person. once i started lifting the right way, i have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, becuase its just you and the weights. i use to try and compare myself to everyone in the gym but now i say **** that. Im my owe person and im at my own point in life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I go to this website and Animal Pak These two websites will make you want to lift for hours.
So i know nobody follows what i have been doing lately,
and thats becuase it is not shit. College has been going great and i just moved into a new house. I just got a new job as a Physical Therapist Tech. and my goals of becoming a physical therapist are really starting to...
Nothin wrong with your chest. use your landmarks, improve your abs and get focus there, don't let the chest without attention, abs is the most appealing part of the body, it says: I am in that small percent of people with gorgeous abs. be proud of it.
Hey good to hear from ya bud! I'm taking a few weeks off from lifting to let my right forearm heal (hurts when I do curls and bent-over rows). Only doing cardio right now. Not exactly excited about the situation since bathing suit weather is almost here! How are things with you?
