Background

When I Started: Sep 2005
HOW I STARTED:

I started lifting weights in a serious way for the fact that i was a skinny person. i wrestled and usually did great. but i was usually not the stronger person. once i started lifting the right way, i have been hooked ever since.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love working out, becuase its just you and the weights. i use to try and compare myself to everyone in the gym but now i say **** that. Im my owe person and im at my own point in life.

So i know nobody follows what i have been doing lately,   and thats becuase it is not shit. College has been going great and i just moved into a new house. I just got a new job as a Physical Therapist Tech. and my goals of becoming a physical therapist are really starting to shape up.   o did i say shape up, yeah i have been getting out of shape. and its horrible. For some time now i have just lost the motivation to go to the gym. i have been eating like shit. and now is the time for change. i need to change and i will say nothing more than that. i will not talk big and what not becu...

BIG moment

last night was a big step in my lifting world. for more than a year now i havnt been able to do squats becuase of a back surgery that i had. I was forced to look like a pussy and just do leg press. everyone once in a while i would try to do a squat with just the bar and it would hurt extremely bad. well last night i finally was able to squat. i was so ****ing stoked. i know i didnt squat a huge amount. but it was something. im finally back up on my horse and ready to gain.

Fit Dude Hey good to hear from ya bud! I'm taking a few weeks off from lifting to let my right forearm heal (hurts when I do curls and bent-over rows). Only doing cardio right now.
