How I Started:
I would always work out hard for about 6 months and then take a 2 year break. Never had a good diet. I drank way too much and smoked too much. All I ate was junk. I went from a lean 150lbs to a fat 200lbs.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel. I like the changes I see. Everyday I look and very better than I ever thought was possible.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror. My great girlfriend is always right there beside me pushing herself just as hard.
