This is where I was 11 months ago.
I have completely stopped lifting and I am at 225. I can't believe that I let myself get this heavy and soft again. I am starting all over again and it will be a challenge, but I have had enough. Between 3 kids, a marriage, and a job, I found 1000 excuses to let myself go. ENOUGH!!!!
Ate like shit. Loved it. If the theaory behind the body adapting is correct, then I should be in good shape, because I shocked the hell out of my system today. Back to the grindstone tommorow.
Getting back on the horse should be easy for you man. Plus when you see the progress you wont stop. Try going in the morning before everyone gets up. I go at 5:30am. Good luck!
Sorry, I wasn't signed in when I left my last message...I'm new!
Hey Man! Great Job! I've been looking for other guys of my size and starting weight and shape. You are the closest match yet! Your profile could very accurately describe me as well! I'm just starting my routine and I hope to have the same success you had. Good Luck on the bulking phase, it's been working great so far! I'll be watching.

Hey Man! Great Job!
I've been looking for other guys of my size and starting weight and shape. You are the closest match yet! Your profile could very accurately describe me as well! I'm pretty lean still, abs are visible while I bulk, but I really won't start cutting till Spring, I took a couple wks off the high calories just to let my body rest/change, I'm hitting it hard again with food next week! How's your regimen going?
"I read some of the comments you make to people and you really are an inspiration." - I can only say Thank You, you really made my day!. Now go lift something!
Not to shabby yourself big dog. It takes alot of work. I have two kids myself and I have to workout around their schedules. Sweet Job, keep truckin bro!
Oo wee. You're smokin hot :) Thank you for the compliments! I like yours too. Assuming the name you mean is whatisfightclub .. it is a song from the Score of the film produced by the Dust Brothers. It is composed of dark, eerie bass and a solid beat .. gets me pumped up for lifting or an intense cardio session! You should listen to it sometime!
