I dropped 50 lbs and liked what the scale said but didn't like what the mirror said
Why I Love It:
I love the fact that lifting makes me carve out time for myself. I look forward to the challenge everyday. Having been an athlete in my younger days, it feels good to compete again...even if it is just against myself. And I enjoy watching my body transform.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have been surfing bodybuilding.com I read alot of mags about fitness.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting started at age 30. Dropping almost 50 lbs, and going from a size 42..to a size 34.

Starting All Over
This is where I was 11 months ago.
I have completely stopped lifting and I am at 225. I can't believe that I let myself get this heavy and soft again. I am starting all over again and it will be a challenge, but I have had enough. Between 3 kids, a marriage, and a job, I found 1000 excuses to let myself go. ENOUGH!!!! HERE WE ...

Ate like shit.  Loved it.  If the theaory behind the body adapting is correct, then I should be in good shape, because I shocked the hell out of my system today.  Back to the grindstone tommorow.

I'm pretty lean still, abs are visible while I bulk, but I really won't start cutting till Spring, I took a couple wks off the high calories just to let my body rest/change, I'm hitting it hard again with food next week! How's your regimen going?

It is composed of dark, eerie bass and a solid beat .. gets me pumped up for lifting or an intense cardio session! You should listen to it sometime!
