% of Body Fat, Size of pants, Strength goal or BB comp. I always had a short & long range goal to shoot for. Good luck.

Yea, I know that you are going to kill it in the gym this week bro.! Congrats on making the 4 weeks. Keep it up because it is paying off! I worked out shoulders seriously for the first time last Thursday...felt like crying the next day! LOL! Going to keep it up though..got to catch up with you and the traps you got there. Have a good one man. By the way, how much cardio are you doing a day? I am looking from some ideas. Ira
