1st day going to the gym..... Damn I'm Fat.... Goal is to get rid of this, and never look back...

nothing to special. Just cut out all junk (no sugar stuff ) and keep my calories to about 2400 per day. I mostly eat meat, veggies, fruit, whole grains only.

Thank you for the compliment. It was much easier to sit and get the tattoo than is to get where I want to be, ha ha, but, I have accepted the fact that it will take me a few years to achieve my fitness goals. After the first 21 days I have become addicted!! Best wishes with your goals!

thank you, I really appreciate that. I don't think I expected to get where I did...I know I dreamt of it, and planned, and did the work and all that. Just saying that, to this day, I'll still think to myself 'I can't believe I did it.' I see your progress too. Well done, man.
