It's been a long time since I was in shape, now my goal is to make that change and keep it for the rest of my life. Starting back again at 41 better late than never.

I want to LOSE 15 lb

nothing to special. Just cut out all junk (no sugar stuff ) and keep my calories to about 2400 per day. I mostly eat meat, veggies, fruit, whole grains only.
Thank you for the compliment. It was much easier to sit and get the tattoo than is to get where I want to be, ha ha, but, I have accepted the fact that it will take me a few years to achieve my fitness goals. After the first 21 days I have become addicted!! Best wishes with your goals!
