well get a move on :) what have you got to lose, what's stopping you?
I know you've got it in you to reach your goals that you've set for yourself.
I haven't maxed out benching or squatting...i was talking about that today w/ my trainer buddy about doing a max in bench press. I'm mostly going for tone...and yeah strength will come with it, but i'm not lookin to be on worlds strongest women competition or anything ;)
i wish there was a pool around me.

Hi Iam doing well thanks - training is coming along well. I've just started to cut after gaining 8Lbs over the last 4 month need to see how much mass I can retain and how much fat I can loss - I'll let you know how I get on & Keep smiling :)

Thanks I started roughly around Oct. as well (I think). Training is going well thanks, just trying to work on my BJJ/MMA so I can compete. Already competing in BJJ and won gold in my first comp. You?
