Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Tore something in my shoulder. Let it heal and really got after it on front DB raises.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Improper form and too much weight.
Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?

I see many people using those fancy machines. I have no problem with machines, but then those people complain because they have made no gains. My theory, which is only a theory, there are basic building blocks that must come first. Essentially all parts of the body can be worked with free...

haha thanks man, its probably from sprinting and eating right. sprinting is supposed to burn more cals than joggin, so maybe thats why.
