I am really just beginning with serious weight lifting. I have messed around with weights before but never seriously worked on it or stuck with it. Need to bulk up. I have always been pretty puny.

Friends on this forum, videos & pics of other who have attributes that I would like to see on me, seeing my buddys progress.

meals get easy after a while. at home i eat good usually 5oz. of fish with zucchini,and squash(grilled or on george forman.Another of my favs is pizza,whole wheat crust turkey pepperoni, organic pizza scauce, veggie mozzerella, and all the veggies you can stack, oh yea garlic. lots of chicken salads,homeade not store bought. so make everything yourself.I drink water until dark nothing else till dark,then 16 lite beers per night.this is why it is imperitive to cut out all other sugars.
