Get down to about 190-200 and gain muscle...
New goal...get around 10% body fat.
Goal (Long):
I played football in highschool and was an olympic style lifter. Junior year I was playing and fractured my L5 vertebrae and was done with both. During football and lifting I was a solid 220, then I kept eating like I was still working out and playing football and got up to 300lbs. I am now down to 247, and wanting to get down to 190-200. I have been working out for 2 and half weeks and gained some muscle and lost 7lbs. Just bought some Animal Pump and ready for my next work out.
This is my first entry so Ill just write a little bit.
I am currently working out 5 days a week and 2-3 days of cardio. Eating 2000 calories a day and keeping my protien up. So far I have lost 18lbs in a month and working on losing around 30 more. Ill start in detail tomorrow. Oh and...
