How I Started:
I have always been somewhat interested in working out. I have been slacking in a big way for a while now and its time to get into a serious work out routine.
Why I Love It:
I love the pain I feel as a result of a good workout. I love the way it feels to be in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Normally, I have a hard time staying motivated. Maybe with the use of this site, I will stay motivated for a longer period of time.

Normally i work out from monday to thursday and leave friday sat and sund to rest. Now i know that is probably to long but what i wonder is why do i leave thursday feeling a little stronger and by friday, i feel like what little i gained melted away. I want mainly my legs to keep growing at...
lol, i did make it to boxing (i have not made it to the 6am class yet thought)...but my friends were po'ed at me for not going to dinner with them instead.
Nice progress photo shoot today. We'll be back, leaner, harder (not to hard for you, lol/jp) and stronger innnnn 6 to 8wks. GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!!!!!!!
this place is a mixture of both - mostly men, but about 30% or so women...and they have female instructors for kickboxing and some other body weight type classes. i worked out there before i moved to atlanta....and oh my, it is a killer workout.
