These are my main Protein and Carbohydrates sources
Breakfast : usually 2 whole eggs + 1 egg white only + boilded potatoe + bread + olive oil
sometimes beans cooked in the Arabic way + yogurt + milk + banana
Launch : anything my mom cooks , usually contains rise and lots of carbs , or sometimes chicken breast
sticks , fish fillet , pasta , tuna
Dinner : some dairy products with bread , soup , tuna , falafel , yogurt
other sources : salad , soy beans , fruit juices , apples , arabic meals ( usually rich in Carbs and Protein ) .. etc
