My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program

These are my main Protein and Carbohydrates sources

Breakfast : usually 2 whole eggs + 1 egg white only + boilded potatoe + bread + olive oil 

                 sometimes beans cooked in the Arabic way + yogurt + milk + banana 

Launch : anything my mom cooks , usually contains rise and lots of carbs , or sometimes chicken breast

                  sticks , fish fillet , pasta , tuna

Dinner : some dairy products with bread , soup , tuna , falafel , yogurt 

 

other sources : salad , soy beans , fruit juices , apples , arabic meals ( usually rich in Carbs and Protein ) .. etc

rewind.da.clock LOL I know what you're talking about with mom's food. Every other weekend. All I can tell you is what I do... ALWAYS ask if there is a vegetable. She will start adding more vegetables when possible. Then you can eat more of the meat and vegetables, and less carbs. But I eat it and test my limits of portion control. Good luck.
