skidderdut Oh, forgot supplements. I take EFAs, creatine on occasion, NOX prior to workouts, joint formula vitamin and a good multi. Apr 25, 2012 8:07am

skidderdut Hello, Let's see,for the first 3 months I was pretty much on a 2k-2500 cal diet, mainly tuna/chicken/broccoli with a grapefruit during the day. Augmenting with whey during the day and casein protein before bed. I did go with some nuts (sunflower and almonds). I started the carb cycling diet about a month ago. I stay strictly protein and fat (increasing fat intake via nuts, olive oil, etc) monday through Friday afternoon then cut out the fat and increase carbs through sunday afternoon. Apr 25, 2012 8:04am
