Thanks for the comment. When bulking I dont count carbs but I eat alot. Most of them I take in pre and post workout.
Every meal has some carbs in it when bulking and I have a shake in the middle of the nite too. Helps alot.
My routine changes alot. But I always incorporate X-reps.

I would seriously look into post workout shakes though as whole food can take to long to enter your bloodstream. You look great so you know what you are doing of course. But I think shakes and supps taken at least around a workout would be great for you. Best wishes.

I agree our goals are most likely different. I just want to add I am not talking about PH supps here. They are basically steroids and are banned by most federations. So I agree 100% with you on them. I am refering to proteins, creatine, vitamins, flax, etc.
Those would be 100% nautral just in a easier to take form.

Despite what you may have read supps contain the same chemicals, proteins, minerals, vitamins, etc as whole food just in a different form.
Best of luck with your goals.
No disrespect,but I think you should do some reading up on various supps, I bet you would enjoy it and I know it would help your gains. Especially pre-intra-post workout supps. Whole foods just dont cut it at these critical times.
