Worked out sporadically over the years, but nothing every really grabbed my attention until I purchased P90X. I love weight training and mixing up routines.
Why I Love It:
I love how good it makes me feel; how strong I'm getting and how invigorated I feel after a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
My best friend keeps me motivated :-) And by envisioning how my body will look when I've reached my goal and knowing if I can keep my body strong, that I can handle anything life throws at me.
BB Accomplishments:
None, yet...but give me time !

Missed a workout yesterday. Stressed out to the max, studying for a test I'm feeling I'm gonna fail, snapped at a friend, pretty much threw myself a pity party and invited the 'boys' (being a pint of Ben & Jerry Karmall Sultra) Nope, it wasn't pretty.
So this morning I packed up my gym...
Belieive it or not 4 years ago I could only do 3, you just have to get used to the motion, and try to use your back and shoulders and not so much just your arms. It takes a lot of focus and is very mental. Proud to serve, I live the life.

Good morning! Its 4:10am. I'm off to the office. I a commuter, so I leave early. 60 miles one way! Yikes! I feel good this am. My legs seem to be on the recovery path really well. I think the whey protein drink is really paying a big roll here.
