Wingerchanged Weight from 177 lbs. to 175 lbs., a 2 lb. loss in 262 days
We don't have skunks in my homeland of Turkey.
But we have stink beetles.
They're not as stinky... but you can cram an entire handful of them down the back of someone's pants.
And that gives them that je ne c'est croix, elusive winning factor.
Beetles 1, skunks 0.
That's a good goal man. I did something similar -- gained up to 168 (goal was 170) and with all of the busy-ness of the holidays, I slipped up on my eating and workout schedules. I'm down to 165 now. This week I am jumping back on the wagon! Gonna hit 170 soon, then 175! :)
haha.. well bulking during the holidays shouldn't be a problem but eating the right food is more of a challenge ;) I'm trying to get back on track now also..lol

hey man your looking amazing given you transformed an ecto body chest definition and abs and arms amazing! keep it up sick cut all over the place chest and abs especially..... I am doing ok man 5 days in the gym with weights and cardio two off. its a struggle sometimes but i love it. seeing some serious change I think . check out my pics I would love your comments . how am I doing? how are you ?

I just added new progress pics and thread .pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. Posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt
