I was already doing exercises at home 3 times a week (push-ups curls). Then the gym, which was litteraly two minutes walk from home, opened. It was Christmas and my gift was a one-year subscription. I was happy because I could get there and get stronger by lifting higher weights.
Why I Love It:
It's the adrenaline rush that you get by knowing you will give it all you've got. Knowing you won't let anything stop you from getting stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am my greatest enemy. I am the toughest to surpass, and when I do, it's a real thrill because I know I did my best the time before. I challenge my old sweaty, tough-to-get records and tell them Ì'll beat them yet again.
BB Accomplishments:
22 kipping pull-ups in a row
run 10k in 47min
315lb squat, 3 reps
225lb bench press, 11 reps
20 rounds with Cindy

Windfuelsfire changed Body Fat from 12% to 9.1%, a loss of 2.9 percentage points in 454 days
