I have started over after many years just half trying. I can see a difference in just the past few months.
Why I Love It:
I would not say I'm a bodybuilder, wrong body type but I do enjoy trying to get bigger but mostly I exercise to keep myself healthy and maybe increase not only my lifespan but the quality of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at all the guys here that have flawless bodies makes me strive harder to improve mine.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm no longer a bean pole.

To be in better shape than the rest of the guys my age. Maybe to inspire someone to get up off their butt and train.
Goal (Long):
My eating habits have changed drastically the past few months to much healthier meals and snacks. I walk a lot daily and am lifting 3 days per week. I'm not trying to get freaky looking, just tone up and feel better about myself. I think I am making slow gains but slow is better than none.
Well it's Thanksgiving week and I'm looking forward to a couple great meals with my family and the wife's family. I'm gonna eat like a pig and probably gain a few pounds but that's OK. I'll get back on my eating routine by Friday. We have so much to be thankful for in this, the greatest...
THANKS BROTHER!! GIVEING THANKS ALREADY STARTED FOR ME 2 NIGHTS AGO WHEN I WAS DELIVERED MAN.. THANK YOU FOR YOUR WORDS MAN... KEEP GOING AND I WILL FOLLOW!!
Thank you my friend for the kind holiday wishes. This week will be a whirlwind! I hope you stay well, enjoy your family and friends and FOOD! The cardio area will be busy after T'Giving! Take Good Care -Larry-
....and a Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family as well. Having good health and to be involved in physical activity is a lot to thank the Lord for during this season.
