How I Started:
I've always had a passion for lifting weights. I was on my 1st tour of Iraq and during my free time I spent it in the gym, day in and day out. I've only just got serious with my diet and my concentration.
Why I Love It:
The pump! That feeling of theres no more room to grow, that you cant lift another weight, the sweat running down your face because you know you are breaking your back, pushing yourself as hard as you can. Then you tell yourself to push harder and get that weight up! I work out for ME. Not someone else. I do it because it makes me feel amazing each and every day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I'm working toward my goals. Knowing that there is always something to look forward to. That I will always have something to work on. My body is my motivation!

1st day back to the gym in after I shattered my right arm in Iraq 2 years earlier. I was around 160lbs and 5.7% body fat.
I feel amazing..My growth is slow.. but I'm doing it right..
