Overall Goal: My goal is to compete in a natural bodybuilding contest this early summer.

How I Started:
I just didn't like myself in the mirror one day and wanted to change that.
Why I Love It:
When you are on that journey to do bodybuilding you gain so much more than just the body you want. You gain a sense on understanding of yourself and the direction you have control that you want to go.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about the promise that myself and my brother made. That we will improve in our lives every year. It all started the day our mother died several years ago.

I don't have any bodybuilding accomplishments yet but I have done the 2008 Rock 'N' Roll Marathon San Diego, CA and the 2008 Honolulu Marathon...

One of my first goals is to lose body fat while increasing my muscle mass at the same time. My secondary goal is to bring up any muscle that is lagging behind and come in as hard and cut as I possibly can.
