Training,work,relationships,possessions. This sh*t ain't supposed to be hard? It's f***in people that make it hard. Life can be shi**y enough without going home to the things you love and haveing that be sh**y too. Right? Because if that's sh*t too. Don't do it. People deserve more of your #respect& reasoning without dragging them through your Sh*t. So I'll say again. Life ain't hard. It's people who make it hard! Choose your #PERSON and or#people to be around. Why would you want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with you! #knowledge#bombs

  • THIS IS HOW IT WORX, The barbell does not hit the floor until a circuit is complete and the circuit goes like this. x 25 reps of each exercise back to back no rest and no putting the barbell back. rest for the approriate time then circuit 2 is x 25 reps each of number 2's, rest. then x 25 reps of number 3's then 4's then 5's.
