How I Started:
My dad took me out to the shed one day where he had a old bench. He started lifting and I told him I wish I could lift has much as you can. Ever since then I've been lifting.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge. Also when I get mad I go straight to the weights and take my anger out on them.
How I Stay Motivated:
When your lifting that last rep you want to just give up and quit but you think about other bodybuilders that went through the same pain and look at them now.

hey william c, great physique! keep up the great work. my only advice is while you are gaining muscle, stay ripped and symmetrical. work out hard and eat right and you should be able to gain muscle. oh yea, be patient! good luck.

Hell yeah, that's one thing I didn't understand a couple years ago. If you want to put on a few pounds and aren't afraid to mess with your cuts a little bit, try to eat a lot! 6 good sized meals a day (maybe 2 shakes instead of meals if that's easier). Get that protein up! Just some wisdom, you're really lookin great tho.
