I used to kickbox and wanted to gain some strength. I put on some mass and remained really lean and loved the transformation. I've worked out off and of since then but within the past 2 years I've become really focused on the goals I have for myself and my body.
Why I Love It:
Stress relief, catching girls on the treadmills staring.
How I Stay Motivated:
I find motivation in many things. Pictures in magazines, fitness models and athletes...the 16 year old at the gym benching twice as much weight as me for triple the reps making me feel like a bitch :/
Today's workout I tried something different: I didn't count a single rep. Not for warm up sets. Not for work sets or drop sets. Not a single one. Why did I do this? I have no idea. I didn't go in to today's back workout with the intention of not counting reps. It's not even something...
Hey there. Thanks for the great compliment. I liked your way of staying motivated with seeing the girls on the treadmill looking...LOL. Hope you had a great weekend. Thanks for adding me.
Thank you for the add in! Good luck with the "packing on the muscle" goal! I just wish there was a store that I could go buy some shoulders, glutes, bi's..etc! LOL
