Nietzsche once said, all that is "bad" originates from weakness. We all must be strong in every aspect of our lifes, weakness is not an admirable quality in anyone.
My last goal was to loose a lot of weight in a little amount of time...now that I've done more homework I have modified my goals a bit. Goal is still to get around 10% body fat.

Thank you for the reply. I am motivated mostly by not ever wanting to look like I did in my before picture which I keep around my bathroom mirror to either scare away burglers or to show me where I came from and where I don't want to go back to. Schedule and make your meals ahead of time if you can so that you don't eat bad and do cardio for 20 min at the end of gym workout if you can't fit it in on its own. Try these tips out, they might help.
