Starting my new routine Week 1 - Back
This is me starting out (again). What's new: Will be taking 2 rest days between heavy lifts to let me up the poundages. 1 moderate cardio session between lifting days to try and work off some of that flab. Let's reconvene in a month.
Here's a back shot. Back strength has been going up recently which I'm happy about. Still got the lovehandles as you can see.
