This is me starting out (again).
What's new:
Will be taking 2 rest days between heavy lifts to let me up the poundages. 1 moderate cardio session between lifting days to try and work off some of that flab.
Let's reconvene in a month.
Here's a back shot. Back strength has been going up recently which I'm happy about.
Still got the lovehandles as you can see. Unfortunately I've got quite wide hips compared to my shoulders so that augments the problem I think.
