Struggling to get above 195 while in school, just don't have the time or food like I used to!

Finally have enough strength in my injured shoulder to start lifting heavier and going back to split days! Expect big quick results.

I'm trying to come back from a shoulder injury, lifting lighter and rehabing as much as possible
