After Basic Training I was weighing in at 160 lbs and not looking healthy, however I did lose my 180 lbs 36 inch waist frame. I met my first workout partner in basic and while stationed at Monterey, California I went from that 160 lbs frame to 195 at a 32 inch waist. I've been lifting ever since unless I'm injured (two shoulder injuries, still have yet to lift a full healthy year).
Why I Love It:
It gives me energy to get through the work days, it makes people look better and it's a confidence booster.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music, magazines, other people at the gym, seeing progress

WillMillchanged Weight from 195 lbs. to 198 lbs., a 3 lb. gain in 7 days
My goal is to weigh 200 lbs while at 8 percent BF.
Goal (Long):
I just really believe that at my height and size 200 lbs. of lean muscle would enable me to be at my best looking, feeling, and overall shape b/c at 200 lbs. I can maintain some cardio for sports.

Chest, tris and shoulders twice a week, Back, biceps and Abs twice a week and Legs twice a week, doing about 10 sets per muscle every time I lift.Experience, I've just read a LOT about working out and with 3 years of experience I've gotten to see what gives me the best results.
