I started seeing a lot more results by incorporating less rest snd higher reps into my calf training. I do a weight on the standind calf machine that I can barely get off 20 reps take a 30 second rest go again getting around 18-15 rep another 30 sec break go again getting 15-12 reps and so on, till I can't get 10. That burns like a @#$% but it seems to work well. I try to do some seated calf raise every second calf day or so.
