I want to drop weight, get lean, gain some of my strength back, and get cut up.
Goal (Long):
I'm 6ft 8in Fella that has always been a pretty big guy. I got into bodybuilding during my time in the United States ARMY and pretty much let myself go. I use to be 250 lbs of all muscle during my time in the military. Once I got out and started doing a job that had me traveling and working 16 hours days, I BLEW up to 450 pounds : (
I became a diabetic and dropped a little over 100 lbs. after that, I would go from 280 lbs to 350lbs. I got back up to 365 lbs last year. Dr's discovered a softball sized cancerous tumor on my pancreas. To make a really long story really short, I lost 60% of my pancreas, had my spleen removed, had my portal vein reconstructed and I also died 2 times, due to the fact that I lost 75% of my blood. I went from 365 lbs to 240 lbs in a month and a half. A year has just passes since my surgery. I put weight back on to gain some strenght back and now I am 275 lbs. I am wanting to gain some strength back, get in great shape, muscle up tone up and get ripped. I hit the gym hard for a few weeks and got down to 263 lbs and got sick and that's why i'm back to 275. Looking foward to getting back on track .

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
In the morning I take a Lipo 6X before a light work out and I take N.O. Shotgun before I start my afternoon workout.

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
My work out partner is AWSOME, he is constantly pushing me and he gets on me if I try to come up with an excuse to skip a work out : (

I usually work out at the fitness center that we have located at my job. The pros of working out at work is that, I can walk out of the building and go straight to the gym and that I always have friends over there that I can ask for pointers and like wise. I've had bronchitis and an ear infection I am taking antibiotics for - it is helping - this weekend is extra sleep and TLC towards that! Otherwise school is great, and I can't wait to get back to training full force. I hope you are doing well and having a nice weekend and some time for yourself :)
Great to hear from you. 70% back...well you are definately on your way. Just keep plugging along and before you know it..you'll be good as new. My 10K is October 25th in my hometown in Maine. Will be a cold one I'm sure. I'll fill you in on how it goes. I'm hoping to do about 8 1/2 min miles...or at least keep under 9 mins. We shall see. Take care. ~Stacy
