How I Started:
Decided i wanted to get healthy, muscular and see how far i can push myself. I've always liked muscles and have much respect for anyone who busts their ass in the gym and has a great physique.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy knowing that i am making a positive difference to my body and appearance.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing an improvement every week and looking in the mirror. Looking back at old photos also helps.

Will2k84changed Weight from 169.4 lbs. to 180.4 lbs., a 11 lb. gain in 264 days
This was me in November, i was about 90kg with no definition. This was before i started weight training. I was overweight and unfit and decided it was time to do something!
This is me at my leanest which is 72kg or roughly 159lbs.
My long term goal is to reach 12% bodyfat.
I also want 16" Arms, a bench press of over 200 pounds and visible abs.
I am confident that within the next 12 months i can achieve this.
