Football 9th grade.focused mostly on being stronger in those days

It makes me feel on top of things in life i dont know what i would do without it.

I just remind myself how it makes me feel after im done with a workout and the results to ofcorce.

Going from a 110 benchpress to 215 in one school year.Thats my best one so far.

hey bigbud, my workouts goin okay - my stats need improving - last time i checked was like 41-42c, 35-36w, and 14-15a at 6' 191#. how about yours? we can both do this buddy - lets reach our goal

hey my friend. i havent been online as much as id like to be. my workout has been a lil off lately too so i keep tryin to get back to it regularly and hard. my recent stats are 41c, 14-14.25 bi's, 36w, 40 ass, quads 23-24, calves 14-15. how you been big will?
