my training´s doing great; i´m focusing on getting a better mid section at the moment. Hey for what I read in your profile we have a lot in common. I also started swimming very early and from there I´ve done all kind of sports including martial arts. I´d love to do kung fu like you, but I have a herniated disc :( . What do you write about? I write about psychology applied to bodybuilding/sports

I can also say i have great genetics for legs (you can check them out in my pictures hoho) but even with the hard work, I wish they were as developed as yours! good work!

oh you should try the "awesome muscles podcast", the first 14 or 15 podcasts are all about proper nutrition. You simply upload them to your ipod and listen to them while doing cardio ;) well, that`s what i do. sure, no problem. Just remember when you squat; this is not the normal squat, open your feet as much as you can to target the inner thighs. Then give it a couple of days when you`ll feel sore in that area and you`ll have an idea of how efective it is as a targeting exercise for inner thighs! ;)

oh; have you tried wide stance squating for inner thighs? place your feet wider than shoulder width and squat. You`ll notice the pain in your inner thighs and some 3 weeks later you`ll see the development! something else; you should do weights first and cardio after, that way your fatloss metabolism will have already started by the time you do cardio and your carbs reserve will be used for the weight training so your body will have to switch the fuel source to fatty acids for cardio ;)
