I went to my first gym 20 years ago and loved it. Still remember those first days discovering everything, they were awesome!
Why I Love It:
BB has many faces to me; it allows you to have exactly the body that you want, it lets you train your mind also, no one is there asking you to go, it`s self discipline. And of course, it keeps you healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is hard mental work. Everyone is motivated by different things, so I try to focus on how my body will look with all the hard work but that`s just one thing out of many. I could write a book (and am planning to do so) on Neuroscience applied to sports, how about that?!
BB Accomplishments:
I`ve never been into competition in this sport, but I`ve achieved a great body and also it`s nice when you train someone and help him or her achieve their goals and motivate them

Goal (Long):
Focus on my weak parts and make them match the rest of my body. I`m talking about calves and forearms mainly, and some rear delts. Reduce bodyfat to the point of getting really ripped abs and maintain them visible all year long. No need for much muscle building at this point, I`m confortable with my muscle mass. I`m concentrating more on proportion, symetry, all the fine details.

Description: Showing my legs after a 3-month intense training programme. With this programme I added muscle to some weak areas and decreased bodyfat to a decent level. I`m concentrating now in getting rid of the remaining fat and looking super ripped :)
God I`m so tired of dealing with stubborn fat areas, like waist and lower back in my case. I`ve tried everything like low carb, cycle carb diets and 7 hrs cardio a week, you name it and I`ve already tried, either diets, supplements, training... Apparently those bloody A2 receptors are the cause...

Of course my main priority is to enjoy myself smiling all the way... gosh.. my heart is pumping with joy right now of just the excitement of being there.. the honor to have been invited to compete! i'm not doing the low carb diet deal. I guess a better way to describe it would be low-glycemic carbs. But my Carb and protein intake are almost equal. Just no refined sugars or anything like that. Fruits and Vegetables are the only carbs i take in. No rice, pasta, bread or potatoes. Zone Dieting by Dr. Spears.
Nice build man. do some HIIT like Crossfit to get shredded. I train it, and everyone i've used it on to cut them up has worked very well. Good strict zone diet will have your abs completely shredded in no time.
I have no idea something about the girls complaining because the guys hit on them or whatever. It's stupid to me, I'm seeking a new gym anyway, one that has more serious members. I'm at Fitness USA an they have a great facility but most of the members are not serious about thier health and fitness.
Jajaja perdon no me explique bien... Lo que pasa es que mejor voy a modificar mi rutina con alimentacion, es decir solo hasta finales de Enero voy hacer volumen y comenzando Febrero definicion por que realmente el volumen ahora no es una prioridad para mi, pero se reciben sugerencias de todo tipo...
De hecho si el Rus-Olympic lo he usado antes de entrenar y cuando me siento muy cansado y dejame decirte que si me ha servido en mi rendimiento y lo puedes conceguir en Nutrisa cuesta alrededor de 320.
Yo vivo en Mty pero naci en Oaxaca.
Oye Will en estos dias de entrenamiento creo que seria lo mejor cambiar de peso a Definicion, que opinas y que me pudieses sugerir para lograrlo...

Si a mi tambien me encantan las Finanzas!!! Oye Will me pudieses aconsejar por favor... (Me estoy tomando el Animal Pak antes de entrenar con el Rus-Olympic y despues de entrenar me tomo el Syntha-6)por otro lado con la rutina la voy hacer hibrida o combinada (Repeticiones & Peso ,comienzo con poco y termino con maximo 20-18-15-12)... Por cierto gracias =)
Hey gracias Will, en esta temporada de Invierno quiero subir de peso pero bajo en grasa por eso compre el Syntha6 y para Marzo quiero comenzar con Definicion... Oye tenemos la misma profecion de Finanzas que curioso lol... Oye Will que me suguieres para la definicion de los Abs???
