Thanks for the info on the "Smith." I found the power rack today. The gym I go to is old school; mostly free weights. The machines they do have, for the most part, use chains rather than cables.

Actually the gym I go to is a bigger franchise than Powerhouse. It is as the world knows it... Bally's. So I am sure that they are not worried at all. ;)
