When I Started: Apr, 2006
How I Started: I had a bad injury to my right leg/ankle. I was on crutches for about 3 years and turned into a 150lb twig. When I started walking again, I started working out.
Why I Love It: There is no presure at the gym. I actually look better than half of the people that go there. No offense, I just make the most of my time there.I go to workout, not talk.
How I Stay Motivated: I look at the old pictures of me. I looked like I was a coat rack, plus I was told I couldn't do phsical activity again. BRING IT ON BABY! LET'S DO THIS!
BB Accomplishments: None Yet. Maybe in the future???

How many days per week do you do cardio?

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I can't really do any cardio exercises due to my bum ankle and foot. I try and keep up my heart rate while lifting. I do alot of super sets.

For right now I am eating just about anything I can get my hands on. I burn off calories to fast so I am constantly eating!
