Summer Program of preparing for football

Monday---> High rep workout: (3X15) Bench-135 Squat-275 Incline-135 Decline-225 Leg Press-315

(5X20) Body Squats, Lunges, Push Ups, Sit ups.

Tuesday and Thursday----> One hour of Spin class and One hour of Jogging

Wednesday----> Arm Workout: Warm Up bench 135 and 185 then (4X10) 215 Incline warm up 135 then (4X10) 185 Bench Dumbbells warm up 70 then (3x5) 100 Incline Dumbbells warm up 45 then (3x10) 70
Hammer slams on a tire Parallel bar dips tricep push downs 150 (3x10) 175 (2x5) Cable Curls 150 (4x7) Decline warm up 185 then 225 (3x10) 275 (3x5)   Friday------> Leg workout: Squat 225, 275 then 315 (3x10) 365 (3x5) Super set Incline Leg press 315 plus 90 next set (4x) Leg curls 100 (4x10) Leg extensions 100 (4x10) leg press 200 (4x10) Super SetSmith calve raises 225 (4x20) sitting calve raises 90 (4x20) Ab-Adductor machine 150 (4x15)   Saturday-------> Back and abs workout: Lat pull dowm 100 (4x10) Trow 90 (4x10) Declined situp 45 and Mike Tyson twist  (4x20) Sitting at Pulls 90 (4x10) Pullups (4x10)

Wildcat76 If I didn't jump from 455 to 500 to 540, bench I had it but judges said I dipped and I had another 25 pounds at least on squat
