I am gonna add three weight routines to my cardio to help sustain some mass (although i might lose some still)... thanks for the support...I am gonna post my routines up soon I would love ur take on them to see if the will get me to my ripped yet somewhat musdular physique over time

decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking
