Just created a homemade protein bar. Will be eating these post-workout Ingredients 1 cup Fudge Brownie Dyamtize Protein 1/2 cup of Peanut Butter 1/2 cup of Coconut Flour 1/2 cup of Almond Milk  30 grams melted 85% Dark Chocolate Dash of Cinnamon (Really makes the bar) Directions: 1. I was getting crazy amounts of compliments on my size at the gym today and a lot of people were asking me what I was taking, supplement-wise.
