How much protein do you eat when trying to gain? I have been getting in 185 grams (1.5xbw), 244 carbs (2xbw), and 70 grams fat (~0.6 g/b) and still not gaining weight. I was wondering if I should bump everything up a bit, or keep protein whhere it is at and just up carbs/fats.

i do the low sugar and the low salt, but carbs (pasta/bread) are my weakness. I guess i have no choice to cut it out. Thx for the advice. -cristian
